About

My name is Meha and I am a Girl Scouts Ambassador trying to earn my Gold Award by educating others on period poverty and advocating for equity and less stigma around periods!

What is period poverty?

Period poverty is not having access to menstrual products, education around hygiene, or lack of sanitation facilities.

How my project aims to help

I am hosting four donation drives at the 4S Library to help raise supplies for women experiencing period poverty. I am also hosting workshops to educate others in my community about period poverty and how they can help.
